90 Minute Integrated Massage

Service Description

Integrated bodywork sessions are always customized for your needs. Integrated techniques may include: deep/firm pressure (not necessarily deep tissue), petrissage/kneading, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial and CranioSacral techniques, intentional hand placements, and Reiki (only with permission). Cupping and hot stones are also used when requested or necessary. Please note that I am not a sports or medical/PT massage therapist. My style, while therapeutic and greatly beneficial, focuses on nurturing and healing the physical as well as mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies through a gentle and holistic approach. 90 minutes is the perfect amount of time for many people. You'll experience both focused work (your key areas of tension/stress) as well as a little more coverage than a 60 minute session. Due to the nature of my slow-flow and focused massage style, you may want to upgrade to a 120 minute session if you are looking for a full body massage. Your deposit is non-refundable but is transferrable for all bodywork services when used within 12 months of original booking date. If you should need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your session, your deposit will be retained to offset my loss of business. In the event I need to cancel your session and rescheduling is not possible, I will refund your deposit.
